2.0.17 - Downloading profile data has incomplete information

When user has no access to change their email address, downloaded data does not have that information in XML file. While user doesn't have access to change this info it is still profile data that should be in downloaded file. This may also apply to other info that user can't change because of grup permission.

Not for 2.0.x, since the public has no access to it at all.  It's still a valid open bug until the update package is released.
