Thread is cut off & Error 500 when posting

Hello everyone, I am running SMF 2.0.17 on php 7.0
I have recently switched hosting providers from Godaddy to Veerotech and have recently installed an SSL cert from them.
I have ben getting weird errors from the forum such as when I try to reply to a topic it gives me an error 500 and when i go back it says that Im trying to post a duplicate reply.

However a little while ago I successfully posted a reply with no errors but I when back to the post to modify it by adding a picture in the attachment and SMF as cut off the thread.
When I use "view page source" on chrome this is what the last view lines of code looks like

Anything in the apache error log?

Is it all replies or only certain ones?

No there is nothing in the error_log
and it is only thins topic for some reason, I just tried it with another topic. But I just dont get why would the thread be cut off from the bottom? and it does say that ther are replies in the recent posts on the board index

When I go to the reply page the previous replies show but not on the thread page. Is this a problem with PHP?Maybe if I rebuild a single thread, will it fix it?

Ok I solved the problem I was having the same issue here

And the steps I did was the following
De-select the reencode option  -
De-select the extensive security checks option  -
De-select the resize images under posts option

Then I contacted my host and they increase the memory limit on a shared server
