change user actions

Hi,
I need to change user actions in mobile options. I'm using 2.1 RC2. From mobile user need to click in user actions for create new post. But this is very difficult for a simple member. New I need to change this. my site is https://forum.ellinopedia.com/ and I use Default theme.
