You mean that mod. Offhand, dunno. However, I have had custom theme changers running on 2.0.x before and they're not hard to code.
Tiny Portal comes with one built in, by the way. Just for anyone who is already using TP, or thinking about it.

The latter could easily be made to work with 2.0.17, but the first is probably just as good (and can be tweaked easily enough anyway).

Thanks, Ant.  Installed the first one, exactly what I was looking for.  Searched for a good half hour and didn't come up with either one.
