New server, and this

We moved to a new server, now theres a bar at the top to fix the themes directory. 
Any help would be great.

Also my avatar shows up on my phone but not on the iPad.

That's because directories have changed when you moved servers. Run repair_settings.php to fix them.

What is repair_settings.php?

I went in to modify themes, there was a re- set , clicked on it.  Its all good.

I'm still getting this with my avatar.   It doesn't show up on my iPad

The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.

Avatars are back, some random pics are still missing.   I cant see a pattern.

Are the missing pics attachments or external links?

Pics are from using the site uploader.    It's like a random few are missing.

Look for the file names in image info, see if the files are in /attachments.
