SMF post count will not go up for members.

Hey gang;

Me and a friend made a forum recently and whenever someone posts, there post count will not increase. Is this a bug? Is there a way it can be fixed?

do you have "count posts" turned on in the board you are posting in?

URL? Mods installed? SMF version you are using?
