Installing language mod Advanced Language Menu3.0.1

I've tried to install the above language pack onto 2.0.17 without success. It will not show.
What ca I do?

That mod was removed from our site by the author...    and the mod, when it was available for for 2.0 RC4.

Since it doesn't exist on this site and was not for a modern version -- you'll have to track down the author, at whatever site you got the mod from, and as them there.
