Yes, I'm using Gmail, and I'm receiving the test email register confirm email, etc. but the only problem is I got complaints from users that they don't receive email notification for watching post

you should be using an email address that is associated with your domain. that should help to solve this issue. when the email address does not match your domain it can be marked as spam and killed off before they get it.
