upgraded to latest github release (today) and am getting this error while installing mods.

Unknown column 'sha256_hash' in 'field list'

Hmm should have been fixed in this commit. Did you copy over the this file from the other/upgrade_2-1_mysql.sql    to your upgrade.php path
