Getting an Error Loop on 2.1 RC2

Hello,

I just updated my forum to 2.1 RC2 and I get the following Error Loop now whenever I modify a post. The modification does happen, it just presents as this instead of returning to the post.

I did make some mods to my Subs, Sub-editor, and Subs-post files to add buttons and menu functions, but I am not sure if the modifications are causing the loop.

Any help would be appreciated.
