It couldn't possibly be that your other topics were harder, not doable without changes and most of us don't have the time to sit and spend hours figuring it out for you, for which we would get minimal thanks at best.

So abdurhman isn't your account, and an account that got an answer inside half an hour was "it looks like the support team started bothering with my inquiry", like you were fed up that you didn't get answers before.

1- I responded less than 30 minutes after you posted.
This is not a "real time" support site.

2- I doubt you tried it...   because, do you know how I got that URL?   I went to my test site, I typed "spider" in the admin search. It brought me to that page.
