Some empty zip-files when downloading archived releases??

Hi,

I've tried to upgrade from 2.0.6 to 2.0.17 ("large upgrade", smf_2-0-17_upgrade.zip), but upgrade stopped with error message:
"Duplicate column name 'redirect'"
It was not possible to proceed.

Files and db tables are now reset to 2.0.6, and I'm trying to update step by step.

But the "small upgrade" files
smf_2-0-7_update.zip
https://download.simplemachines.org/index.php?archive;b=4;v=86
and smf_2-0-10_update.zip
https://download.simplemachines.org/index.php?archive;b=4;v=92
are empty (0 kB).
(The other versions seems ok).

How can we solve this?

Arantor

Don't use the 'small' upgrade ever. It's a bad idea. And it won't solve your problem.

Not sure why you have a duplicate column name; does it tell you which table?

I have upgraded with "small" upgrades from 2.0.0 to 2.0.6:
that is 6 small upgrades, without problem.

Instead it seems the "large" upgrades are the ones you should avoid.
The "large" upgrade 2.0.17 does not work when upgrading from 2.0.6 (nor from 2.0.0 which I tried first).

So why are the zip files empty for small upgrade 2.0.7 and 2.0.10?
Is it a mistake that easily can be fixed by moderator?
Or are they intentionally empty? (because those upgrades are not working?)

No, it doesnt say which table, just "Duplicate column name 'redirect'"

The small update packages aren't made any more because they're actually more trouble than they're worth, but I'm only formerly on the dev team, I'm sure I couldn't help you.

thanks for your support, now it's finally done.
Upgraded from version 1.1.21 to 2.0.17, not a piece of cake, it took a sunday, but all posts are still there and with the same url:s, and now we can run php 7 instead of 5.3.
Hurraaay!
