trying to post photos in attatchments

It says the upload folder is full and to contact the admin, Any idea`s how i up the upload limits so ppl can upload more photos anyone.

Admin > Forum > Attachments and Avatars > Attachment settings

In there is an option to set how much total space attachments are allowed to use.
