administrators Notify can't be disable

Hello,

I use the last stable version of SMF. The second administrator and I receive an email each time a user registers.I have disabled the checkbox "Notify administrators when a new member joins" but we still receive these emails. How can I disable it?

EDIT : sorry, I'm not in the good SMF support, I use SMF 2.0.17. If a moderator can move the subject to the good support section.
