Haven't changed anything but getting 2 errors Resource limit and unable to load

not sure what happened, nothing changed...I was switching themes and it lagged and then this error popped up

tried to refresh and then got
Unable to load the 'main_above' template.

it flips back and forth between the two errors

everything was fine an hour ago....haven't touched anything....decided to switch themes to work on tweeking it and everything went bye bye

tried to run the repair tool but it won't even open just keep getting resource limit is reached

tried to contact my host but they are about worthless
on a side note looking for a decent host but fairly cheap but that's not here nor there at the moment (unless it turns out that this is in fact a host issue, which I think that it is but of course they won't say)

still not sure what happened, but i installed the backup from last night and everything is working again...
still kind of think it's a host issue that they don't want to admit to (wouldn't be the first time)
