Error with captcha on registration

Hi,

Version 2.0.17, though this problem existed in 2.0.16

Nobody can register on my forum any more due to the captcha image being a broken link.  Any ideas how to fix?  Here's the error it generates -

The host needs to fix it; there's an issue with PHP not being able to make temporary files, which usually means /tmp is misconfigured.

I am the host!!  I just don't know what I'm supposed to be fixing

You mean you're the server administrator?

Well, what's the temp folder configured in PHP's ini file? Does that have enough space?

I have seen this on windows servers. Sometimes i switched to imagepng/jpg

Well, the server identifies itself as ManCave 1.0, with an X-Powered-By of Superman, so it's... probably less likely to be Windows.

Was going based on the filepath above of C:/FileStore/Website/forum/Sources/ I would check your php temp path is writable.
You can check with this function it looks like to find out the path https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.sys-get-temp-dir.php
