Responsive Design Issue on Mobiles

hi, i have a slight issue (not me, my buddies )
maybe you can help me, im using 2.0.17 on sunrise theme....
thats the problem, it only occures on mobiles.... i cant make my firefox or chrom edge so small...
see, maybe u can help me with a little fix for it, would be awsome !

its if youre in a sub topic of a topic.... maybe u know, i dont know if its easy to fix, for me, not.... im not a pro u are
