Why do I make this mistake when I want to fix mistakes?
admin/maintenance/routine/ Find and fix errors.
While I find it in the table prefix_sp_parameters.

Smf does not have a sp_parameters field a.f.a.i.k. Do you have Simple Portal installed by any chance? If you do, try to post at its support topic/forum as this is related to it (a custom mod).
