Blank page when logged out

If i log out, ill get blank page. Server error log says ""Failed to read FastCGI header".

SMF 2.0.17

edit: weird is, that http://**.com/foorumi/index.php is blank, http://***.com/foorumi/index.php?action=login works

I have utf8 and default theme.

edit: Actually, it might be same. If i use english language, it works. This happends after upgrade 2.0.15 -> 2.0.17. Logged in everything works.
