short term loans link in readme

hi, i just wanted to know if version 2.0.17.zip [nofollow] readme.html has weird links for others?
under the GD graphics library the link goes to someone selling "short term loans"....

I haven't even installed it yet and wonder if this is normal ?

looks like the link we have used for over a decade for gd, was sold off to another company.

I believe I corrected that in a a commit, I know I did for sure in 2.1
