Ignored Members can not see ones Posts & Topics

I think it would be good if there was a mod that will prevent ignored members from seeing the persons posts / topics at all.

It's been discussed a few times but it has some really weird side effects to actually implement.

All of the board/message listings track the last message in the topic (or at least, last *approved* post in the topic), if that happens to be by an ignored person, you'd have to recalculate this potentially for every topic on the board as currently shown to a given user, since you'd have to spend a *lot* of effort to query each individual topic to find the last message in the topic that isn't by anyone on your ignore list.

It's punishing for servers, which is why it's *extremely* unlikely to be implemented even as a mod, let alone a core feature.
