help needed on https setup

Hi everyone,
I am running https on my forum and I have a problem with the browser saying not secure whenever I click on MyMessages/Send Message
When I click another link on the forum the Secure padlock comes back again. The same problem has been reported on some posts. Elsewhere seems fine.
I am running SMF 2.0.17 on a linux based shared server with 1&1

try using image proxy....

otherwise, go to a page not 'padlocked' and right click view source.... search for http:// NOT https://..... it's most likely an image and it's most likely hard coded into your theme... tell us what you find?

or... provide a link... i'll give it a look..

Well that was quick. Thank You.
I checked the view source and discovered that it was the path for smileys.
So I went to check it in repair_settings.php and it was indeed still set to http, so I ran the update in repair_settings.php, refreshed the forum page and lo and behold on running the MyMessages/Send Message option, the lock was still on.
What an excellent and timely reply.
