SMF Database Error! Did I Get Hacked?

Any idea what went wrong ?
Is this issue with my hosting or SMF ?

Because my hosting nothing wrongs my site is working
and this is the main site, its displaying everything correctly.



My Database is not chunked or full yet. There is plenty storage

I installed SMF to this address: hxxp:mysite.com/forum [nonactive]

and it is only showing blank page.

Fixed it by myself

it seems i had to change my SFTP password in hosting cpanel
then it works.
