Mod to format images in post

There was a mod I used on a site i ran 11 years ago. I could format my posts to look like newspaper articles by floating images with image tags right or left, under and over in the post like a newspaper. I can't remember what it is and I've looked everywhere. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
