Today I installed ENotify 3.0a on my forum.
After installation, I decided to test it for performance, as there were errors during installation. It turned out that he does not show Cyrillic at all (except for lines from the language file).
Tried to change file and database encoding but nothing helped.
Please write anything you can do to help.
