Need help with testing

I've modified the registration page.Now I have to test if everything is working the way I want it.
The first registration I did after the modification worked fine.After the first registration I've deleted the new member directly from the database.
But when I tried a second registration there was an errormessage."You are not allowed te registrate so soon at the same computer".
How can I disable this control until I am ready with the modifications ?

Don't remember what the time interval is, but try closing/clearing your browser.

Problem solved by disbling 2 lines of code in members.php
