SMF 2.1 RC3 - How to select a user for the newsletter?

I'm probably doing something wrong...
I cannot send a newsletter only to a specific user, each time it is sent to all users of all groups.



I only add one user but everyone receives the newsletter, where am I wrong?

We have found earlier that if you do not have any groups selected, you need to select groups to exclude in addition to one or more emails.
Otherwise the logic will include all (no groups selected and no groups excluded confuses it).

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it has been working like that for some time, so I always go to the queue to doublecheck that I did not end up sending too many newsletters (ie when testing that HTML is looking OK).
