Submiting SMF2.1 RC3 forum (and even https://www.simplemachines.org) to:

https://securityheaders.com

brings several security warnings.
Should this be a cause for concern?

Many of those are fairly new optional header settings that aren't really widely adopted, or even that useful, in your regular everyday normal site. They do serve a purpose, but not having them isn't inherently a problem.
