Xmas Theme

A Christmas theme was requested in another topic, one of our longtime members has a pretty one and I'm posting it here for those who'd like to use it.  It's a custom theme donated by MaryLou at PIRC.  She runs it with the Snow And Garland mod, and Images On Board 3.0, which is not available on mod site (only older versions that don't want to install in 2.0.17).  Author hasn't been around since '09, but I hesitate to attach the mod as I don't know if latest version was paid.  Theme works fine with just S&G.

Thanks for this. I did install the skin, and it is a nice looking theme skin.
