Snitz to SMF?

I am currently hosting a set of forums, and have been for several years now, that currently run on Snitz, and we want to move them to  SMF. My problem is that on Snitz, we have been using an Access database, and it has gotten so large that it is now unstable.

I tried reading up on how to convert it from Access to MySql, but it just confused me to no end.

Is there an easy method of converting the Snitz Access DB to MySql and importing it into SMF??

Any help would be appreciated.
