Mudim is a Vietnamese writing script on Javascript that integrates into web pages.
Supports 3 popular input methods Telex, VNI and VIQR.

Modification  for SMF 2.0.x and submitted to mod site as well.

I just tested with windows zip and it unzips. If not try the one on the mod site here as well.
