How Do I Delete My Forum?

Hello I made my forums about 7 years ago when I was 13 and I wanted to know how I can delete them? I am not even sure what version of forums they were even on.

Where did you have this forum?
If some sort of free forum service, you would need to ask them.
If some paid web hosting, you can just remove the files and the forum is no more.

It was called freesmfhosting. It is a free forum service and I tried to find where I could ask them to delete and it took me here. I would post the link, but it doesn't let me.
