How can we add custom css js files in Smf 2.1?

- Regarding the css, it's written in the comments, you can add your custom css or js files after the template has loaded the appropriate files.
E.g. You'd load your custom css files after this:

// load in any css from mods or themes so they can overwrite if wanted
template_css();

loadCSSFile('css.css');

Apart from the code above, it was also not valid when I could not get an answer to my production questions.
