What version are you running? Do you have access to your server's error log, or do you know what version of PHP is running on the server.

well first off that's not right
i believe you meant
www.footymadstreams.com

and that is showing error of

8192: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback instead
File: Sources/Load.php(225) : runtime-created function
Line: 3

as lex asked, which version of smf are you using and what's your php version

deprecated means that your php version is too high for the version of smf that you are using

you'll need to either lower your php version or update your smf to the latest version of 2.0.18

The php version was updated.

If you can knock it back down, do so.  Otherwise, time to upgrade SMF.

i dont gave access to server and dont know what php is running on

in your hosting account, in cpanel, or directadmin, or whatever your host uses, you should see somewhere it should say Select PHP Version, if your host allows you to change your php versions...

since you are using smf 1.x I'd guess you'd need to set it to 5.6

once your forum is back up and running I highly suggest updating as 2.x fixed some security issues from 1.x as well as some other things and as well 2.0.18 works with the current version of php and most hosts are dropping older versions of php

Most likely in this case though, if the PHP version was forcibly updated - you won't be able to go back to an older one without reaching out to your host. Upgrading to 2.0 could still be possible with the large upgrade package, but sadly - Without access to the server, you are basically unable to do anything really.
