No "Mark Topic Solved" Button

I have installed a Test Forum. It works. But I miss a "Topic Solved" button on the topic. There are f.e. "Remove Topic" or "Lock Topic" buttons but no "Mark Topic Solved" button. See appendix.
I didn't find any hint in the manual, what I made wrong. Is there a setting to switch the button on?

You need a modification for that, it's not included in the default install.
