Forum cannot do external search

In Main there is a search box.  I entered the word Sticky, and chose Online Manual.  This returned.

An Error Has Occurred!
Could not connect to the Simple Machines Online Manual. Please check that your server configuration allows external internet connections and try again later.


My server support wanted the URL, but I do not know how to find that.  Please advise.

You can do that same search here, use the search on the upper right corner and select "wiki" in the drop down.
Or, go directly to the wiki and use the search there https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Sticky
The Online Manual means the Wiki we host here.
