Question about last Edit

I upgraded the board from 2.0.17 to 2.0.18 yesterday. I noticed that since then I can no longer edit the last edit.

"Last Edit: Today at 05:02:21 AM by Michael "

Does anyone of you know where that hides that I can edit again and delete if necessary.

In the themes board I have found how I delete it completely but I do not want but simply edit again.

How did you upgrade?
If you did tge large upgrade (e.g. replaced files) then you may need to reapply any mods that you had installed
