Cannot Post image in Topic

PDF Graphic image of one text page.  Place cursor between   and paste.  Nothing happens. Please advise.  I have looked in help, 2.0

are you trying to upload a pdf as an attachment? or are you just trying to link to an existing pdf?

PDF Tag adds a bbcode for pdf to link to an existing pdf and display it in a post

Thank you for helping.
The document is a multi-page text document that has been converted to a graphic file.  I wish to post it in readable form.  It came to me in .fodg.  That is a format that FedX uses.
I converted the file to .pdf.    It only converted Page 1 of the document. 
The file I am trying to post is attached.

you can not post PDFs (or images) by paste into a post.

You can post images by pasting a URL inside the img BBC but that does not process PDFs either....

So, the only thing you can do is attach the PDF, as you have done to the message above.
