Entries in Error Log: Undefined index

I have noticed that I have quite a number of entries in the Error Log, categorized as 'Undefined' and containing the text 'Undefined index'. I am especially concerned about one of them as I recently upgraded the database to UTF-8 and the index that is not defined is named as UTF-8.

I am attaching a screen shot with three different indices that are 'not defined' including the UTF-8. Should I be concerned about these messages , if so what do I need to troubleshoot, or better still , is there known resolution?

The first 2 in your example are quite common, coming as they are from the scheduled tasks subsystem. I just ignore them.
