Reorder sticky topics

Is there any mods like https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1677 for smf 2.0.18 that will reorder sticky topics or is there any other way to have this done? Mainly for 2.0.18 but also for 2.1, I didn't want to start two topics lol!

This one works great for 2.0.18 with no editing!

Not really concerned about 2.1 right now, was just curious.

(I'm working on 2.1 test sites but not anything live. My main live boards are all running 2.018.)
