404 Error after SMF installation

Hi! I just wanted to install SMF on my Webserver. I finished the installation and everything worked. On the last site (100% progress) there was a link "open forum page", or something like that.... I klicked on it to see my created forum but there was a 404 error message. I tried to tipe "Domain/smf/index.php" and the forum opened but without CSS... Have a look: skatewelt[.]net/smf/index.php I hope you can help me! Thanks

There's something wrong with your settings.
Your forum is apparently in /smf/ so your theme files should be in /smf/Themes. ( For example, the logo should be http://skatewelt.net/smf/Themes/default/images/smflogo.png )
Instead, it looks like the forum is trying to load them from /Themes/ ( Currently the logo is requested from http://skatewelt.net/Themes/default/images/smflogo.png )

Try repair_settings.php and make sure all paths and urls are correct.
What is repair_settings.php?
