Mod for Chapter Navigation?

Hello,

Is there a mod for SMF 2.1 RC3 that would allow for chapter navigation?  That is, you read until the end of a post/chapter, then have the option to go to the next (or previous) post/chapter?  Something like what Fanfics System offered?  All the mods I've found appear to be for versions much older than SMF 2.1 or even 2.0.17/18.

Or is there a mod with similar functionality that I'm not finding because I'm using the wrong search terms?
