Moving from Flarum To SMF

Hi,

I created a forum with Flarum, I'm wanting to migrate to SMF, I don't think there's an importer available yet...

The forum with Flarum is relatively small, but still I'd rather not start from scratch.

Does anyone know of an importer or any way to do this?

so....   someone has created a script to port from SMF2.0 to Flarum....     So, reverse engineering it to go the other way should not be too hard.

Looks like, in addition to mapping database tables and fields, you also have to
perform a markdown to BBCode conversion....
convert flarum quotes back to BBCode quotes
convert "r" tag back out
convert youtube links back to normal links
convert paragraph line wraps out (might not be needed, SMF possibly can handle this either way)


Convert flarum "Tags" to boards.
Convert flarum discussions and posts to SMF topics and messages
Deal with attachments


SMF will deal with UTF8 just fine, so no need to change that.
SMF should be able to deal with the flarum attachment filenames -- as along as they are mapped correctly - so no need to change those.
