Would you help with what I hope is a small edit?

Is there a way to replace an option (maybe Ignore List) on the drop-down profile menu with Summary, instead?  As it is, I have to click on Profile Details or Look and Layout, then click on Profile Info then find Summary.  I'd love to eliminate all that and find Summary in that drop-down.  I don't really use Ignore List but could always navigate to that if I needed to.

So how did you learn that little trick?  (Only for me, Grammy, should a pull-down menu come with instructions, ha!)

But yeah, if you still do want to mean around that list, there's a hook which makes it easy, I think it was integrate_profile_popup ? Not entirely sure.
