Any tips on how to set permissions so that a certain Board is not visible till the user is logged in.
Similar to Mod 'hide topics from guest' which is close but my need is for specific Board and the Board should not be visible unless user logged in.
Thank you gentlemen for your assistance.

You have to click on Modify right side of board name.

Yep, been there, done that. I figured that I would need a new permission profile but cant figure how to preclude guests in new profile from viewing the board there does not seem to be such an option.

Illori

you dont need a permissions profile as no one can post in that board anyway. you need to check the permissions when you edit the board.

To clarify; the particular board has a url when clicked goes to video conference.
Accordingly, I do not want guest to see this board eg it must be hidden to any guest.

Illori

as we have said that board would still have permissions to make it visible to certain groups. click on modify in the admin panel and change the groups.

have you checked? if so can you provide us a screenshot of that page?

Crikey, I must be blind.
Modify Boards/Select Board/Uncheck Guests (Under permissions)

Thanks for you help in leading the blind.
