How to give background-color to member links only(Dark theme contrast issue)

I want to change it for the specific dark theme I've installed today, blue member colors are very hard to see while using dark theme, so I need to change the theme's code of how it declares style on member links. So, seems like member links don't have CSS class on their own. Searched for a while, but couldn't find a way to locate where is style added to member links, to also add the background-color property to it. help pls

using your browsers inspect tool click on what you want to change and click on inspect, it will tell you what css needs changed
