Is there a mod or way to read all posts from today or any given day even though they were marked as read?

Yeah, that would be the easiest way to go backwards posts you've "skipped".

Kinda looking for something more in depth tho like posts from certain dates list style or something like that.

A good RSS reader? SMF does RSS by default.

You could try either of these mods and tweak them to add extra options (eg, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, two months, three months, etc)

Show Recent Topics by 24h 48h 72h
