Upgrade to 2.1 RC4: no move topic option

Hello, I have upgraded forum to RC4 and as admin I can't see move topic option anymore.
In addition, if I use my favourite theme, instead of default Curve, I can't see any mod options in users messages, such as quick edit, modify and so on.

What could be wrong?

was your "favorite theme" designed for 2.1 RC4?

Even themes designed for RC2 may need some tweaks with the updates that went into RC3 and RC4
