URL is not on Google
This page is not in the index, but not because of an error. See the details below to learn why it wasn't indexed.

The above message is what i get when i go to Google Console. My site has been around for 8 years and has lots of content. 2 weeks ago traffic basically stopped. I believe I need to change the canonical url and it has something to do with duplicate pages. How do I tell the SMF to change canonical URL?  Where do i go to get to the <head> section for the site?
