Show empty fields in user profile

Hello there,
I'm new here So first of all I should say thanks to the programmers of this simple yet very great software.
My question is I've added some custom fields to my new made forum. I want that custom fields to be shown in user profile even if they're empty so my users could see which fields there is.
How can I do this?

Go to Admin/Features and Options/Profile Fields and check if desired field is active. Probably it depends on Field Type will it be displayed or displayed after your user enter some data to that field.

Thank You, It is active. I don't think it depends on field type.
In other words I want to have "--" or empty string for non filled fields.
